1. Who We Are
Rseuisx is an online USB microphone store operated by RSEUISX INC. These Terms apply to purchases and use of rseuisx.com. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies presented before checkout.

2. Using Our Store
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement. Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information, and use only a payment method you are authorized to use. Do not use the website for fraud, unlawful activity or interference with its operation.

3. Product Information
Review the product description, connections, supported devices, recording specifications and included accessories before ordering. Features vary by microphone. A USB connection alone does not establish compatibility with every computer, phone, console or recording application.

Computer equipment, furniture and other scene props are not included unless the product page expressly lists them. Product weights identify whether the measurement includes a stand or other accessories.

4. Prices and Payment
Prices and payments are in U.S. dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard shipping is free for eligible addresses. Your complete order total is shown before you authorize payment.

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payment must be confirmed before processing begins. We will not increase an accepted order's total without your agreement.

5. Orders and Availability
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. We may contact you if payment verification, an address issue, an inventory problem or an obvious listing error prevents fulfillment. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will explain the issue and refund any payment collected. We will not substitute a different product without your consent.

6. Order Changes and Cancellations
Email info@rseuisx.com within 24 hours of placing your order to request a change or cancellation. Include your order number and the requested change. Requests are reviewed during customer service hours and may not be possible once an order has shipped.

If cancellation is confirmed, we will refund the amount paid to the original payment method. This 24-hour request window does not limit cancellation rights that apply to delayed or unfulfilled orders.

7. Shipping
We deliver only to eligible addresses in the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Processing takes 1-2 business days after order and payment confirmation, followed by an estimated 3-7 business days in transit. Estimated total delivery is 4-9 business days.

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. If we cannot ship within the stated processing period, we will notify you and offer the choice of agreeing to a revised shipment date or canceling for a full refund. See our Shipping Policy for exclusions, tracking and delivery assistance.

8. Returns and Refunds
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery under our Refund Policy. That policy explains return condition requirements, return shipping responsibility and refund timing. We do not charge a restocking fee or offer direct exchanges.

9. Website Content and Third-Party Services
Website text, graphics and other content may be protected by intellectual property rights. Do not reproduce protected content without permission or another lawful basis. Any third-party names or trademarks belong to their respective owners.

External services, including payment providers and carriers, may have their own terms. Their involvement does not remove our responsibilities to you as the seller.

10. Your Rights and Disputes
Contact us first if an order or service does not meet the description provided. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights, remedies or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These Terms are governed by applicable U.S. law and Mississippi law, without taking away mandatory protections that apply where you live. No provision requires you to waive a legally protected consumer right.

11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms for future use of the store. The terms presented when you placed your order apply to that purchase unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
